전도금원장 등록하기 : 전도금원장등록 메뉴를 실행하여 좌측 상단에 \[전도금원장등록] 버튼을 클릭합니다. 전도금 기본정보를 등록할 수 있습니다.

* 구분 : 부서 또는 현장을 선택합니다.
* 전도금구분명 : 부서명 또는 현장명칭을 기재합니다.
* 담당자 : 전도금을 관리할 부서(현장) 담당자를 선택합니다. (복수선택가능)
* 입금계좌 : 전도금 금액을 관리할 계좌를 입력합니다.
* 활동여부 : 해당 전도금구분의 활동여부를 선택합니다.

화면의 보이는 금액은 각 전도금원장 별 최종 잔액입니다. 전도금관련 지출이 발생하면 잔액이 실시간 반영되고, 금액을 클릭하면 상세 지출내역을 확인할 수 있습니다.
