아래와 같을 때 사용합니다.
> 포상 해외경비, 사전품의, 쿠폰번호와 같이 문서번호 입력이 필요할 때
## 입력항목 내용을 '텍스트형'으로 사용합니다.
입력항목 내용의 텍스트형 설정으로 문서번호를 사용자가 경비 작성할 때 텍스트로 기입할 수 있게 설정이 가능합니다.
* **`환경설정APP`**을 실행합니다.
* 입력항목의 내용 부분의 **`연필 아이콘`**을 클릭하여 회사에 맞는 항목이름으로 변경합니다.
* 입력항목 내용의 설명부분을 클릭하여 상세 화면으로 이동합니다.
* 입력방식을 **`텍스트 입력 사용`**으로 설정합니다.
* 힌트메시지에 경비입력 사용자가 참고해야할 문구를 입력합니다 (문서번호를 입력하세요, 예약번호를 입력하세요 등)
* 문서번호의 자리 수가 정해져 있거나 숫자로만 이루어진 경우 옵션으로 설정합니다.
* **`입력항목설정OFF`** 버튼을 **`ON`**으로 설정하여 활성화 합니다.

위와 같이 설정 후 영수증 작성하기 시 아래와 같이 경비작성을 할 수 있습니다. \
